219-229-9048"I will say when I called, Mike was quick to answer and schedule an appointment. A+ for scheduling. After that it goes downhill fast. I called for help with my nest thermostats. He convinces me it's the nest's fault and I now order 2 more new thermostats which he recommended. He installs them incorrectly. They are eating through batteries every 2 days due to the wiring not set up correctly. This is in a rental property so now I am dealing with unhappy guests during hot weather. This persists for weeks as I try to get Mike back out there. He tells me he has gone and fixed it. Negative. He tells me he goes back again which he did not. So lets add liar to the list. I make a point to go to the house and wait for his arrival to ensure he installs it correctly. He blames it on my WiFi and makes me get additional WiFi extenders. Low and behold, he did not connect the wires. He insults me and customer support saying that we're wrong the whole time and that he's the one with the HVAC knowledge even though he didn't install it properly. I finally get it fixed. Fast forward a month or two and I notice on my app that I have new tiles and my heat/cool never stays on the temp that I set it at. I think I have another faulty system. I finally contact support of the thermostats who tell me that Mike has been setting up other thermostats under my username/password and that's who is controlling my heat. Now I have wasted heating and cooling bills to add to my list of issues. That is a violation of my personal account info! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for HVAC services." E .
